The Occupational Hygiene Association of Ontario (OHAO) believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion are paramount to the success of our organization and how we support our membership. We create and live these shared values intentionally through how we operate, grow, and serve. OHAO recognizes that diversity, equity and inclusion are a fundamental source of organizational strength that enables us to be more creative, innovative, productive, and sustainable. We view diversity in many dimensions including, but not limited to, education, race, ethnicity, ability, gender, sexual orientation, employment status and location. OHAO's actions as an organization will be guided by the principle of treating others the way they want to be treated, including the board of directors, our members, guests, presenters, and in our interactions with other organizations.
